Perry Saturn and William Regal are getting the push.

On WWF Raw is War last night; Jim Ross noted that Ivory would now be wearing pants during her matches. The reason behind this weird decision is that she was severely limited by her in-ring capabilities while wearing a dress, so this is the reason why her attire was changed. Also the angle dealing with the RTC is against any exposure to women sexually, this is also a reason for her changing her ring attire.
Last night's addition of Raw is War at WWF NY; William Regal was originally supposed to be the host. The plans were changed after he was required to take on Hardcore Holly in a Hardcore Match on the show. No word as of yet if his appearance at WWF NY will be rescheduled.
Few weeks ago, Perry Saturn began to receive a minor push. Once the Radicalz reformed, Saturn has been told to take much more of an aggressive in-ring approach, which he has as of late.

Billy Gunn is still suffering from shoulder pains after his rotator cuff surgery earlier this year; Christian is still feeling effects of the stinger in his arms at the No Mercy PPV; and William Regal has had lower back problems but is working through them. Tests done on X-Pac have showed that his sixth and seventh cervical vertebrae have badly degenerated and after extensive rehab all of this month and part of December, upon his return he will likely avoid taking bumps to the back of his neck.

Chris Chetti came to the WWF on 10/24 at the Nassau Coliseum Smackdown! tapings and asked about getting a job. He was then asked what sort of contractual obligations he has to ECW to which Chetti replied that he had no committments after the 11/5 PPV show. He was told that he'd be given a try-out, but as far as contracts go, nothing has been promised. Chetti for his part has let management know that he would have no problems going down to Memphis or Louisville if the tryout went well.

Rikishi Taking Time Off, Eddy's Push, Billy G IC Champ
- Rikishi Phatu will be taking about two weeks off to heal his nose. Rikishi broke his nose earlier this month, but has not been granted anytime off of television due to the Survivor Series. Now that this is done, Rikishi will take a short absence, so he may heal. Upon his return, Rikishi will be finished with The Rock, as Rock will be taking a leave of absence as well.

- Eddie Guerrero's push is beginning to die down due to his low fan attraction, and for reasons that WWF Officials feel that he is not dedicated enough to be a champion. Upon Billy Gunn's return to the WWF, he was promised a title reign, after he wrestled for a few months, and got back into shape. Look for Billy Gunn to be the man to take that Intercontinental Title away from Eddie Guerrero.

- Today, for the WWF, Stocks closed at 13 1/8, a 1.87% decrease over the previous trade. The day's range was 13 1/16 - 13 1/2.

News on Raw, Foley, Austin, Triple H, Lita Update, HBK
- Mick Foley is rumored to get heavily involved in the Steve Austin/Triple H feud. Tonight on Raw is War, Mick Foley might make a return match putting Triple H against Steve Austin yet again, with some stipulation to be added. Triple H will sell his injury for a short while, but will not miss any television time as a result.

- After last night's injury, Lita has received a few stitches in her head. She was on the receiving end of an Ivory punch which gave her a pretty nasty cut on her head. Lita was rumored to take back the Women's Title at Armageddon, however, it is unknown as to whether or not the WWF will proceed with those plans. Lita will be kept out of the ring for a couple of weeks, however, she is not expected to miss any television time.

- The WWF continues to feud a Degeneration X reformation. When you tie in the reports of Shawn Michaels making a return to the WWF, it is very likely that he may be the man responsible for bringing the old faction back together. HBK does not favor this idea, however, as it would obviously require him to take on more of a role in the WWF.

In a recent article on their website, World Trade Magazine had a lot of nice things to say about WWF Chairman Vince McMahon. Here is an excerpt from the article:
"Vincent McMahon appears to have a chokehold on the sports entertainment business. His World Wrestling Federation has not only achieved popularity in the US; it's also attracting loyal fans overseas. Last April, the company announced multi-million-dollar distribution agreements for WWF-brand television programming with the largest pay TV outlets in France and Germany. Four months later, the company expanded its presence in Asia after signing an agreement with Total Sports Asia, appointing the Malaysian-based company as exclusive Asian TV rights representative to WWF Entertainment. It’s no secret that foreign markets have long held an attraction for American pop culture’s products and personalities. Given the right marketing strategy, McMahon has proved that once again the sky’s the limit."

Shawn Schantz (sschantz@maximgroup.com) writes:

I was in Gold's Gym yesterday here in Tampa (the site of the Survivor Series) doing my routine when Angle and another fella walked in. I heard Angle introduce the other guy as his brother as the resemblance was uncanny. (This was the double that we all saw at Survivor Series.) I spoke with Angle for a few minutes askng about his brother's participation in the WWF. He said that his brother is working on it and hopefully things will work out. He is genuinely a really nice guy, very laid back and very approachable.

World Wrestling Federation Commissioner, Mick Foley, will put his job as commish on the back burner for a little while to promote his new children’s book, “Mick Foley’s Christmas Chaos”.
When asked by Phil Speer last week where he got his inspiration for his new book, Foley responded by saying, "Well initially I was stuck on an idea for the book, but then then I sat down on a plane, I think from New York to Houston, and I remembered a little boy I had met in the previous winter named Antonio," Foley said. "And I used him as my inspiration as the little boy who puts the spirit of Christmas into a broken-hearted Santa Claus. I dedicated the book to the little guy, and his family is very happy about it."

Antonio Freitas of Lawrence, Mass., was not only Mick’s inspiration for the book, he was also the inspiration to the charity in which some of the books proceeds will go… Shriners Hospital. "It seemed like every family I had talked to that had been treated by the Shriners just raved about them," he said. "So we made it a point to make sure that some of the proceeds went to the Shriners. And even more importantly, I'm hoping that it will help spread a little bit of awareness, so that even if someone opts not to by the book, maybe they'll send a donation instead because it's a great charity."

Freitas had been treated by the Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 hospitals that provide expert, no-cost orthopedic and burn care to children
World Championship Wrestling, who over the past few months have disparately struggling to find a place back in the professional wrestling scene, has to take their latest buyrate totals as nothing but a complete and utter setback.
Halloween Havoc, an event that most critics says was average, but nothing special, drew a .15 composite buyrate which is very close to their all-time low. With the composite buyrate totals continuing to gradually go down it’s a wonder to see that World Championship Wrestling is still attempting to put on multi-million dollar productions in multi-million dollar facilities when they have less than 60,000 people buying their pay-per-view.

Sources say WCW’s next pay-per-view, Mayhem, is not expected to do worse than the terrible Halloween Havoc pay-per-view, which is astonishing.

News on Jericho, G-TV, Right To Censor, Austin, Benoit
- As of late, Chris Jericho has been rumored to turn heel. At the Survivor Series, his new aggressive attitude, in which he displayed against Kane is what will turn him into a "monster," much like the Red Monster. Early rumors have Jericho turning down help from anyone who wants to help him, and eventually turning his back on his own fans. As a heel, Jericho should receive the push that many have been expecting since his arrival in the World Wrestling Federation.

- The rumors continue to fly concerning G-TV, and who is behind it. There is a rumor saying that GTV will stand for "Gratuitous Television". It is believed that the Right To Censor will be behind it, showing WWF superstars at their worst. Personally, I do not like the idea, but it does make sense, and it is my job to report what I hear.

- After their feud is all said and done, Steve Austin is expected to do a program with Chris Benoit. The two are currently involved in the same storyline, as Benoit and Triple H are working together against Steve Austin.

- Look for the push of Molly and Crash Holly to continue. The reason that Molly was put with Crash, was because WWF writers felt that them being together would be a win/win situation. Molly is getting good WWF experience, and she is helping Crash get over. These days, in the wrestling world, it is very easy for a beautiful woman to get over, for this reason, she was put with Crash to help him out as well.

Shawn Michaels will be at the Frank Erwin Center on the University of Texas campus in Austin on Saturday. He will sign autographs and promote ticket sales for the Dec. 29 RAW.

» Last week's Smackdown produced the best ratings ever for the WWF in the male 18-49 and male 18-34 demographics

» There is some new's on the Acolytes return. Bradshaw will be back on the road November 27th for the Raw is War in Ames, Iowa. He will also make the trip to the WWF UK Pay Per View on December 2nd. Faarooq
