WWF NO Mercy For the N64 Release 1st December 2000
WWF No Mercy is the sequel to the popular WWF WrestleMania 2000 and runs of the same engine as it. It looks the same as WrestleMania 2000 but with smoother textures and animations.
The game we played was less than 50% done so it didnt have everything that the final version will have. The one at E3 only had five characters in it: Rikishi, Benoit, Tazz, Kurt Angle, HHH, and The Rock, but the final version will feature 65 characters and the amazing CAW option so you can create your own.
It will have muliple arenas, including fully interactive backstage areas like the bar, parking lot, and hallway areas.
No Mercy will feature a cast of 65 WWF Superstars. Here is the list of wrestlers in the game so far.

WWF No Mercy Modes
Exhibition: In this there was the regular vs modes, and a special guest referee mode which will be very similar to the one in Smackdown. That is all that was there right now, but the ladder match will be in the final version and a THQ representative told us that it would definitly be a great feature. It is a movable ladder that you can use as a weapon, and then once your opponent is down you set it up in the middle of the ring to climb it and get the belt.
Royal Rumble - Standard Rumble Match
Pay Per View: Create your own card. It wasnt in the E3 game, but we would imagine it would be similar to WM2000's as well.
King Of The Ring - Standard King Of The Ring Tournament
Championship: This would be No Mercy's career mode. It is not going to run the same way as WrestleMania 2000, instead it will try to have more of a story line feel and your character will develop feuds along the way with other wrestlers. And you will pick up belts in more of an order from Hardcore to World to work your way up. Although there are still chances along the way where you can get random belts. And speaking of belts, your wrestler will walk down to the ring with their belt. And if they have more than one, they will just bring them all down, one around the waist, one on the right shoulder, and one on the left shoulder.
Survival: You face 100 wrestlers and have to see how many you can beat before loosing a match.
Wrestler Edit: This is where you go to create your wrestler and edit the existing ones.
Global Options Just the game options for things like the sound settings.
Smackdown Mall: Something new to wrestling games. You get points in the game and can buy items in this shopping mall. Thats pretty much all that we know on this mode, but we will try to find more for you soon.
